What was happening with your studio before we started working together?
It is amazing how your business can get so comfortable with your sales trends, the ebbs & troughs, that you think is the norm.
This is until we came across Geronimo who applied a lead generation system to increase our sales across January, to record a substantial increase in quality leads and record in sales for January, Feb and March 2020.

This, in conjunction with staff training from Geronimo, was the prefect formula for our studio moving from a period of traditional stagnate growth in early to mid January to a position of excellent growth.
As we all know, as fitness business owners, the numbers don’t lie. Just to give a snapshot of a typical month – Geronimo generated 113 leads in January in which our newly trained sales team were able to convert 33% with Geronimo’s suggested offer.
This doesn’t sound like much, but just in trial sales alone, we increased our trial sales revenue by $4000 in January 2020 from the previous year. The short term success has to be followed up with the long term game, and Geronimo prepared us well for the rollovers to membership. In January, of the 35 Trial Members, we converted 22 to smash our January conversion rate from 35% to 63%.
